All items purchased fromIcon Enterprises International Inc. websites are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
ICON WARRANTY POLICY:
Icon products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for Ninety (90) Days from the original date of purchase. The Warranty period is extended to 1 year if the product is purchased and installed by an Authorized Icon dealer. All Warranty requires original sales receipt with proper documentation for validation. Icon products purchased from an unauthorized dealer are NOT covered under warranty. Icon warranty is non transferable and does NOT apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
TO SERVICE ICON PRODUCTS:
- Always include proof of purchase (sales receipt).
- Any freight damage is NOT covered under warranty.
- Send warranty returns to Icon freight prepaid through an authorized Icon dealer with a copy of proof of purchase (the original sales receipt).
- Returns from consumers or non-authorized dealers will be refused unless prior specific authorization by Icon with a valid RA number.
- Icon will use the manufacturing date code to determine Warranty expiration on products returned without proof of purchase. In which case coverage may be invalidated due to manufacturing date is always previous to purchase date. Do NOT return NON-defective components. Non-defective products received will be returned freight-collect. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance in sending and receiving the product to and from Icon.
INTERNATIONAL WARRANTIES:
Icon products purchased outside the United States of America are covered ONLY by that country’s
distributor and not by Icon.
NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY
Definitions below are not covered under Icon warranty:
- Product that has been repaired and/or modified in any way by unauthorized parties.
- Products bought and or owned by anyone other than the original purchaser from an authorized Icon dealer.
- Products that have been altered defaced and or have removed serial numbers.
- Product that has been physically abused.
- Products that have been:
- Under-powered: via use of thinner than required cables causing overheating of main board.
- Broken and or cracked and or scratched LCD screens: Any kind and or type of broken screen is not covered under any condition.
- Product cosmetically damaged due to normal wear and tear and or improper handling.
- Product installed without following the instructions in the Icon owner’s manual and or Authorized Dealer Book
- Any shipping costs and or Installation costs associated with removing, re-installing and or shipping the product to Icon for warranty and or service.
- Products that have been custom finished and or other cosmetic treatments that may be applied to products.
- Icon is NOT responsible for maintaining and or restoring any kind of custom finishes and or work.

CRITICAL MASS PRODUCT WARRANTY:
Critical MASS products are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for Ninety (90) Days from the original date of purchase.

- Over-powered: thermal burnt voice coil
- Mechanical failure: ripped/torn/broken surrounds, spiders, cones etc.
- Product cosmetically damaged due to normal wear and tear and or improper handling.
- Product installed without following the instructions in the Critical MASS owner’s manual and or Authorized Dealer Book.
- Any shipping costs and or Installation costs associated with removing, re-installing and or shipping the product to Critical MASS for warranty and or service.
- Products that have been custom finished and or other cosmetic treatments that may be applied to products.
- Critical MASS is NOT responsible for maintaining and or restoring any kind of custom finishes and or work.
RETURN POLICY:
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT AND OR REFUND WILL BE GIVEN ON CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD PURCHASE(S) OR ANY OTHER PURCHASE. WE ONLY OFFER COMPANY CREDIT. THE WARRANTY IS LISTED ABOVE. ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST FOLLOW THE WARRANTY PROCEDURES LISTED ABOVE UNDER THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS ABOVE. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT ITEM(S).
